Training that turns curious learners into working engineers and designers

AmtelWeb has been running professional training programmes since 2013, alongside our agency work. Our training arm exists because we hire from the talent pool we train — and the easiest way to ensure that talent meets our standard is to teach it ourselves.

We run classroom-based programmes from our Abuja studio and fully online cohorts that scale across Nigeria and West Africa. We focus on the disciplines we practise daily — software, design, brand, and product — so what we teach is grounded in shipping, not just in theory.

What we offer

• Cohort programmes — multi-week, structured curricula in web development, mobile development, UI/UX design, brand identity, or product engineering. Cohorts run online with weekly live sessions and in-person studio days for Abuja-based students.
• Bootcamps — short, intensive programmes (typically two weeks) on a single high-leverage topic.
• Corporate training — bespoke programmes designed for your team. Onboarding, upskilling, cross-training, design-system adoption, code-quality lifting.
• One-on-one coaching — for senior engineers and designers who want a deeper, individual partnership.

• Built around projects you ship. Every cohort programme ends with a real, polished portfolio piece you walk away with.
• Taught by working professionals. Our trainers are AmtelWeb engineers and designers, not full-time educators. The work you do is graded against the same standards we hold our paying clients' deliverables to.
• Full-stack employability. We teach not just the craft but the working habits — version control, code review, design critique, retrospectives, written communication — that make graduates ready for the workplace from day one.

• Affordable for the Nigerian market. Tuition is priced for Nigerian incomes, with payment plans and merit-based scholarships available.

Programmes we run

• Web Development Track — Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, deploy and CI/CD. (12 weeks.)
• Mobile Development Track — React Native, Expo, native modules, App Store / Play Store submission. (12 weeks.)
• UI/UX Design Track — research methods, design systems, Figma mastery, motion design, handoff. (10 weeks.)
• Brand Identity Track — strategy, logo, visual systems, voice, governance. (8 weeks.)
• Bootcamps — TypeScript Fundamentals, Tailwind in Two Weeks, Designing for Nigerian Users, Performance Engineering, others on rotation.

Studio and online

Cohort programmes run hybrid — weekly live sessions online, with optional in-person studio days at our Abuja base for cohort members in the FCT. Bootcamps and corporate programmes run online by default; on-site delivery available on request.
